The gardening industry is huge. I am actually a member of a few different gardening forums, so I wanted so share some of the information I have found along the way. It's easy to get membership to any of these sites, because they are all free to join. When you join up you will be asked to fill out your personal information. I don't give them my real information, I just use a pen name on each site, that way they don't tie me back to my blog.

You can use the Gardening Forums to get all the content and research for your blog!

You don't have to worry any more about where you are going to get material to write about. All you have to do is go on any gardening forum, and look at the latest posts. They are going to tell you all about the different things that people are looking for RIGHT NOW in regards to gardening.
http://www.helpfulgardener.com/forum/ - The Helpful Gardener. This site is particularly awesome, and the reason I put it at #1 on this list is because it has so many forums, that pretty much any question you might possibly have, will have an appropriate place to post it. The next thing is that their are some highly knowledgeable people that frequent this site. I am not going to mention any names, as I don't want to put anyone out there, without first getting permission from them, but believe me when I tell you they are there. They really love to help too. You wont just get a reply to your message, your gonna get a freaking infomercial, with charts and statistics, I'm telling you, based on my experience the site is the best gardening forum site on the web.

The Gardenweb.com forum is another great forum. It's got a lot of activity over the years and really does provide some value to potential customers. They are someone that I would like to get affiliated with later down the row, because when I was reverse engineering their work, it was easy to tell that they were on top of their game. I hope to gain several bank links from the same places that they have preperation in the bag. I hope to use some of their sources to generate some more solid business leads for myself.
fertilizernumbers.net This is a new site that is upcoming. I have talked to the owner and he is hopefuly about puting in a forum pretty soon. It has good information anyway about starting out a garden as a new gardener. Here is an example of something he put together that stared out a request, but turned into like a bible of gardening tools, that all gardeners should have. t's pretty aweosme
